It was a sunny and bright day on 13^th May. There were about 200 teachers and students who came from the elderly officials university of Zhongshan Xiaolan visited Chuangyuan Power. Having a special live teaching, the visitors had participated in a sharing which discussed the topic in how the entrepreneur run a company successfully and parental education experience.Through this activity, the participants were able to know more about the development of modern enterprise and the way to run a business. Besides, it provided a platform for Chuangyuan Power to communicate with people who came from all sectors of the society.

To experience an innovative development by visiting the exhibition and production workshop

      Firstly, the teachers and students stepped into the company exhibition hall and learned the development history, the business culture, core productions and the achievements of Chuangyuan Power by detailed graphic and textual introductions, multimedia displays and vivid explanation. From the hardship at the very beginning of the company’s establishment to the leading enterprise in the industry, every step of development of Chuangyuan Power has full of the wisdom and hard work of the founder,which has touched the visitors deeply.

       Lately, they went to the production workshop. The workers focused on their works in the clean and neat workshop.The teachers and students were impressed by the strict installation procedure and tough quality management system. During the visit, they raised questions from time to time, and the company staff answered them patiently, which enabled the guests to know more about the production process and application of the products.

The sharing of the chairman of the board, delivering the experience in business management and parental education

         After the visit, Mr.Jingquan Xu, the chairman of board of Chuangyuan Power shared the topic in how the entrepreneur run a company successfully and parental education experience with the teachers and students. With his rich start-up experience and life inspiration, he has reached a conclusion on the quality and strategies to run a business. Chuangyuan Power adheres to the business culture which is "To be righteous , being responsible, and Transposition thinking of people". For 36 years, the company has persevered. Experienced the time of China’s Reform and Opening-Up, Chuangyuan Power has grown sustainably while it has gone through different challenges. These compelling cases put listeners right in the business and they could feel how tough to run a company to become successful and influential.

        In terms of workforce cultivation, Chuangyuan has always adhered to the combination of systematic training and humanistic care.        During the activity, the elderly officials university of Zhongshan Xiaolan and related departments expressed highly recognition and sincere gratitude to Chuangyuan Power and relevant employees.
